Purple Cabbage Salad

So I'm not the best photographer, but at least I can cook.  lol
 
1 small head of purple cabbage
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
 
Thinly slice cabbage & place in a bowl.
 
Put all the other ingredients in a jar & shake well.
 
Toss dressing into cabbage & refrigerate for about 30 minutes or longer.
 
Really easy & yummy salad/side dish.
